The taxi shuttle was convenient. It helped getting around. tasty food was available. the private beach provided a unique experience. the hotel offered its own taxi service, a plus for getting around, the staff were friendly and helpful. rooms felt secure. It gave a sense of privacy.

scooter rental short walk
The location felt secluded though a short walk led to a township with a supermarket. Staff helped me book tours. Scooter rental was available too.
The front desk manager was not helpful and seemed unpleasant on arrival and departure.

The room felt a little dark, even with a great sunny view, and the tv wall blocked some of it. I found this disappointing. The air conditioning also did NOT work very well.

lovely coastal retreat
excellent breakfast dedicated staff value service restaurant quality
i loved the option for in-room breakfast service at the pool villa, it. the staff helped me book a private long tail boat where i saw three turtles, the service was excellent. i also had a wonderful thai massage and arranged scooter rentals through the staff at a good price. the restaurant offered great food of high quality for both breakfast and other meals.

the hotel is located near charlok bay with a ten minute walk via the beach path, this provides easy access who want to explore the nearby area. taxis are readily available for transportation from the resort to the town.

the hotel offers a taxi shuttle service needing transport into town, this is convenient as it is a bit out of the way. a private beach is accessible to guests, awesome for a more secluded experience. there is a pool on the hotel.

i had breakfast at the restaurant daily with a variety of options, this started my day on a positive note. the freshness and the flavors of the food are highlights, the restaurant makes every effort to ensure high satisfaction. it is possible to book a dinner at the restaurant.

Excellent Stay with Great Views
sea view spacious room delicious food
The sea view room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was great. The view from the deck was lovely. The restaurant served delicious food with a wonderful sea outlook. I could also rent kayaks and snorkeling gear.
The air conditioning did not go lower than 18 degrees. I would have preferred cooler.

Kayaks were available for rent at 400 THB for three hours. Snorkeling gear rentals cost 50 THB per day. These amenities were convenient for exploring the area.

The location was good I found the staff friendly. The breakfast had many options. I liked the free pick up from the pier.
The room lacked sufficient outlets I could not charge my phone next to the bed. The shower was above the toilet it was always wet.
